Still not sure if facial exercises can really soften crow’s feet? You’re not the only one. Here’s an honest question from a skeptical reader — and my personal response based on real results. Hey, just wondering — is that really a picture of your before and after crow’s feet?

I’m having a hard time believing that face exercises can get rid of wrinkles, especially around the eyes.

I tried doing face exercises a few years ago and never really saw a difference. So why are your results so good?

I sometimes feel people alter their pictures in order to exaggerate results. I have a hard time believing that you can get that much out of face exercises. Sorry… don’t mean to be rude, but that’s what I think.

My honest answer about facial exercises and crow’s feet

Hey MJ, yes — those are real pictures and real results! I totally get your skepticism, though. I felt the same way in the beginning.

If you look at some of my other before-and-after photos (like my sagging neck and jowls), you’ll see this wasn’t a quick fix or one-time experiment. Facial exercises surprised me too. But here’s the deal: I was consistent.

I started out doing them four times a week, and now I only do 2–3 short sessions a week. It takes about 15 minutes — and the changes crept up on me. After five weeks, I started seeing big differences. That’s when I started taking weekly photos, and the results kept building from there.

What really helped was working with Carolyn, the creator of Facial Fitness. She gave me tweaks and bonus exercises specific to my face. Some were so quick I could do them at a red light. No joke.

Now my face feels tighter, smoother, and honestly — more lifted than it did 20 years ago. Even my husband noticed. And let’s be real — husbands don’t usually notice this kind of stuff.

The hardest part was posting those “bad” before photos of my chin, neck, and crow’s feet. Who wants to show that online? But once I saw the improvement, I couldn’t help sharing. Especially that eye area. The crow’s feet were the one spot I truly didn’t expect to improve — but they did.
